GRS Raghavan is a seasoned pharmaceutical professional with over 30 years of experience in international business development, licensing, sourcing, and supply chain management. His expertise spans generic development, quality affairs, regulatory compliance, and team leadership. Notably, he has led teams to develop and commercialize Nicotine Replacement Therapy products. His experience spans API development and supply chain management, Licensing out own development products to Pharma Majors and coordinating Quality Affairs including Regulatory Audits and customer approvals for CMO business.
His experience in managing operations, leading teams, and driving growth has been demonstrated through various roles, including Director at Navipharm Pvt Ltd and Zenara Pharma Pvt Ltd, and Manager India at Actavis Pharma Ltd. He has achieved significant milestones, such as transferring process and development of key intermediates for manufacture of products in India, developing ingredients supply chain from EU for use as functional excipients in OTC products and achieving targeted development targets and submission for filings in EU/US.His leadership skills have been evident in leading teams to achieve significant business and mentoring career goals.
